This 10 year old 15.3 hand Dutch Friesian has the bloodlines, the looks, the movement, the experience, the versatility, the safety, the smoothness of her gaits the soundness and WOW her personality! She is the easiest horse I have ever been around. She is a gelding trapped in a mare's body.

She melts your heart with her kindness and leaves you with a huge, exuberant, living life smile on your face when you are done working with her. She gives 110% to everything, arena work, dressage, driving and trail riding. She has the kind of "having your back" that you wish you could get out of humans, let alone a horse. She has the stamina to do the Michigan shore to shore ride 7 times. She has the mind to not be ridden for 4 months and just hop on and go. She drives a carriage in the rain, sleet and snow. She navigates the toughest technical trails in any new place you haul to.  Forgot to tie her up? No problem, she will ground tie. Have no idea how to properly hook up a harness? No problem she will wait and not move an inch until you get it right. Are you nervous on the trail or with new things? No problem! She will hold your hand. Stink at getting on from the ground? She will "come get you" from any mounting block, fence, tree stump or elevation you can find. Would you like to put idiots on her and have them ride? No problem. Want your kids or grandkids to ride too? Husband? Wife? 80 year old? Want them to adore your love of riding when they haven't in the past? Maddie. Want to ride or swim in the ocean? Go down extremely technical trails? Hop on with no halter or bridle and just hang out? Maddie will keep you safe and throughly enjoy it. Want to not get your horse out for months and have them be dang near perfect? Maddie is your lady. Want to go show and win? Dressage? Cowboy Dressage? English or Western Maddie will take you there. She is brilliant and loves to learn and advance in almost any discipline you want. Work cows or bison? Been there, done that. She has a heart of gold and will take care of you. The only thing she hasn't done is show extensively. That is why she still has her joints and is very sound! Her owner has owned her since Maddie was two years old. She loves Maddie very very much and doesn't want to sell her but all of her humans are switching to gaited horses. I am selling Maddie for her since it is so painful for her current owner.
