Private Lessons

I take your horse out, ride it and work on issues and better your horse's training. I am a big believer in pairing these training sessions with a lesson with the horse's rider so I can teach the rider what I have taught their horse and how to enforce and continue that horse's training.
My private lessons swiftly advance any age, gender or experience level of rider towards better understanding the mentality and movement of your horse while developing techniques to better control and work with your partner. You will swiftly learn how to gain a better, safer and more effective relationship with your horse in the saddle and on the ground.
Private lessons may include an evaluation of the horse, rider and tack currently used, training of the horse and rider on the ground, in the saddle, on the trail as well as me personally training your horse while I talk you through what I am doing to ensure understanding. These lessons can be 45 minutes long or longer than an hour. I am a firm believer of when the time is right and the horse and rider are tired, the lesson is over.

A combination of training and lessons are available. Full training and boarding is offered but subject to availability. Contact me for details.
Join us for excursions with your horse to adventurous places. This may be a local day trip to In N Out from Catalina State Park to munch on burgers. It may also be an overnight or multiday trip to places like Sedona, Flagstaff, Tombstone or riding in New Mexico's beautiful mountains.
